guys since theres a "no magic" rule i have a free ring slot what should i use?

Depends on your armor, maybe wolf or steel protection? remember you can still buff with magic or miracles.
Also you could use cloranthy for stamina, that's the one I am wearing...

i would prob use dwgr and either havels,leos(if you use thrust weapon), or maybe ring of favor.

I don't buff either, have no faith nor magic on this toon...

leos ring would actually be a great choice if your using a sword with a thrust move set seeing as theres no backstabs its another way to get extra dmg. i was going to use leo but decided to use rofap

Wood and FaP are the best rings. But, if you need poise, then Wolf's is great. There will be a lot of Kats tonight, so a bloodbite ring may be helpful.

damn maybe i should of lvl up my vit,end build instead of my faith/dex. i actually never use buffs either but decided to try a faith build for this FC since it permits buffs. i usally keep my builds(toons lol) at sl80 but i lvled up for FC.

it adds a % of dmg to counters. these include hitting the other player in mid roll,mid swing,stagger ext. its kinda luck sometimes getting the extra dmg but its something like 60% extra dmg which is worth it in my opinion. specially for a rapier.

yeah it can from what i understand. to get to the sens duel area drop down to where that first tinite demon is right before the first set of blades(you will take decent amount of dmg from the fall) theres a door right down there leading to a ladder that leads up to where you just jumped from, and right at the top of that ladder is an invisible wall hit it to find another ladder leading up to the spot. sry i suck at directions lol
