Never Pre-ordered a game in my life but will Pre-order DkS2. Is there any " deals" for Pre-ordering this game, besides Amazon's .03 cent discount for ordering through them? Do they not realize that pennies are not really money?

Well, besides Steam I don't know any international services that you can use to buy the game with a discount. But I used to buy some games with a discount via russian one.
Anyway. The official site seems to be the best way to purchase the game when it'll be possible.

Amazon is generally the best about notifying you if the price changes or another deal pops up. Gamestop is the most likely to get retailer exclusive bonuses in the USA. From doesn't have a tendency to release like that though. Like Soul Sacrifice had special costumes only by ordering from Gamestop. Not likely here.
So the most probable scenario is that it won't matter who you order through. Check around closer to the release date and maybe someone will make a deal. Newegg.com sometimes does but it's hard to project which games.

You get 4 options of places to preorder for the USA region version
Amazon, Walmart, gamestop & bestbuy. Amazon is the best deal. This is a tough call just gonna cover me eyes n choose.

Like Christmas time? True. True. we're still a few months out, but I doubt there'll be any real deals on price. I mean, amazon is only offering 3cent discount RIGHT NOW for a selling point. I'll probably wait To Pre-0rder, just in case there is some sort of craziness goin on though. Just thinking that'd it would be nice to play it ASAP.

One forum member suggested that they could release something like a Dark Souls chess set with a special edition pre-order. Assuming it wasn't too pricey, I'd be all in favor of ordering that, myself. Things like that are certainly a possibility if they can make a profit from it(as everything seems to be profit-driven today).
