This is another case to be wary of because we'll likely never know most of the evidence on this one. Also, since it's a criminal trial, the defense needs to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that he's guilty of something. Just because he's guilty in the court of public opinion doesn't make it so. Despite the high media coverage we still are seeing what amounts to a very small piece of the story.

Based on how in many countries,excessive force in self-defence goes to murder,I'd say that was it.The dead guy had no weapon,I doubt there was anything he could do that was dangerous enough that killing him was the only way.People tend to back off a bit when their kneecaps are shattered by a bullet or two.There is a difference between self-defence and outright killing someone.

Kev and anyone else worried about the court outcome again (because this happened in the other thread) unless you were in the courtroom you're not adequately informed enough to determine if it was excessive. That's been my entire point with these legal threads/questions. It'd be like reading the first paragraph of a book and then saying you're an expert. The media gets such a small amount of the actual evidence, even when they're given access to the court. Fundamentally they present what they feel are the "important" facts for the curious public to digest. The five minutes of news that gets out is hardly a substitute for an entire day in court. Can a jury get it wrong? Absolutely, but they're at least making a judgment on the whole book, not the paragraph or two that reaches us

 Whoa whoa whoa bro,I never said I'm an expert.Many of my comments can be taken as opinion,just giving it.Don't expect a jury to listen to me.(I'm not taking offence or anything,this is just a non-boring response)

Anyway,my 2 grand computer which is a month or two old broke for the second time today.Turn it on,it turns off before BIOS is fully loaded.The fans work,power seems fine,think it's a CPU issue.I better be able to return it for free repair or heads will literally roll.

Got 7 games for 60 Euro in Gamestop,four on Xbox and three on PC.Fallout 3 GOTY edition,the Thief collection and Red Orchestra on PC.The Darkness 2,Max Payne 3,L.A. Noire and Soul Calibur 5 on XBox.

Lol, fair enough. Cheap games are always nice. Take your mind off the broken computer hopefully

They're expensive, besides, I'm scared of them as for the pain relievers, yeah, I'm taking them and they help but it's really not ideal.

 The first time was when it arrived,not working.I would genuinely kill the retard who built it if they were in Ireland.English gits,can't even put parts together,as if it was so hard.I only had three hours sleep,just to get up to that crap.

At least I got to go to see two movies with my friend,haven't seen him much except online.Playing Soul Calibur V now,L.A. So I have to send my PC back to be fixed yet again.The a**hole on the phone had me take out the RAM sticks one by one before even considering fixing it.If it breaks once more,I get a refund or go to court.I am so very sick of it breaking because of them,they either gave me shoddy parts  or cannot put a PC together.It hasn't been moved,hit or overheated in the whole month it's been here and just stops working.

This kind of stuff always happens to me,it has made me pretty negative as a person.Hard not to be when everything that can go wrong literally does.I'm just so sick and tired of all of my things breaking.I'm careful with my stuff but it has never mattered.
