I was invading in the forest with my fat guy, and I spawn next to a very thin guy, and I noticed that I was much larger than him. I began to wonder, does the size of my character affect how large my hitboxes are?

Do larger characters have larger hitboxes?

I don't believe so, I think that regardless of the aesthetics of your armor the hitbox for a character remains the same.

That's interesting, imagine physiques affected stats? A character with a large upper body would have more strength and/or endurance, or a character with a large lower body may have even more strength but lowers endurance. Topheavy would increase intelligence, tiny heads would increase faith? Skinny/very skinny physiques only increase endurance and large/very large physiques would increase strength only.

To answer the OP: No.
Although it would make sense.
