    The main point is to illustrate how quickly the increase in stats drops off after NG+. A lot of people know that the difference between NG and NG+ is the biggest, but they may not know that the difference is bigger than the rest of the subsequent playthroughs combined. For the Crestfallen Warrior, his HP increases by 658 between NG and NG+, and only by 362 between NG+ vs NG+6.

    Something else that people may find interesting - a lot of people have wondered "how much do the stats increase by the final playthrough?" However, you can't put a percentage on NG+6 vs NG. It's not quite possible to say "NG+6 is exactly 220% HP of NG values", or anything like that. (although 220% is a valid 'ballpark' for some enemies...)

    This is because the amount differs from enemy to enemy during the transition between NG to NG+. The Crestfallen Warrior sees roughly an 83% increase in HP (or NG x1.83), but that specific amount isn't of particular interest. In NG+, some enemies will have x2.6 HP, x1.57 HP... it's a somewhat broad spectrum. I think around x1.75 HP is probably the most common, but that's just a guesstimate.

    What is consistent, however, is the increases from NG+2 and onward. From there, the stats are a fixed percentage increase of NG+ values. In other words, NG+2 and higher DO NOT scale off of NG values, they scale off of NG+ values, and whatever NG used to be, is completely ignored. It is no longer inconsistent from enemy to enemy.

    NG+2 = 07% greater than NG+ values
    NG+3 = 10% greater than NG+ values
    NG+4 = 14% greater than NG+ values
    NG+5 = 19% greater than NG+ values
    NG+6 = 25% greater than NG+ values

    The new-game-plus page noted that these same percentages apply to the increase in souls across NG cycles, but didn't mention it applies to HP as well.

    I haven't tested enemy damage... I might eventually, it'll probably look somewhat similar.
