Bad advice in my opinion, it will make you look like a "punk" in their eyes.
Instead explain that you are big now to them, maybe they'll understand, if they don't then become 18 and leave.

Lol it depends on your activities. To me I just did it until they stopped complaining. Whenever they asked I just said that I know what's appropriate.
Obviously being 16 passing out in the street isn't ideal.. At a house party is more the scene- do it where you can get looked after :razz:

Just have to keep the door open, don't take a bunch of naps, and do chores when they come up.
I'm actually content with that for the most part.
Those are the only one's they're strict about, I've stayed up late almost every night this summer, and last summer without any issues from them.
Otherwise I can do my own thing and they really couldn't care, as long as I've done my chores for the day.

I think those rules are, for the most part, reasonable. The reactions [overreactions] to you taking a nap seem a little over-the-top but I'm sure it's just because they care for you and are worried for their kid.
