Trolls in Dark Souls.

There are four trolls that I know about in Dark Souls made by the devs.

1st troll: "Imminent Fall."

There are many invisible paths in the Crystal Caves. There are also some messages made by the devs to help you find them except one. It is placed at the start of the last invisible path, the one that leads to the boss. It reads, "Imminent Fall", but there is a bridge there, not a fall. Although it is possible to fall off of the bridge if you don't walk in a straight line.

2nd troll: Oswald

Some players, including me, bought multiple indictments. This is because we thought they were one use items. Every infinite use item in the game can only be acquired once. There are two exceptions. The first is the Dried finger, but you can only have one in your character's inventory. The other exception is the indictments. Also, Oswald says, "Stocking up on Indictments? How ... honourable of you. Heh heh heh heh." Notice the pause.

3rd troll: Divine upgrade path for shields

Look up every shield in the wiki. None of them get improved defense from the divine upgrade path. A divine +10 = a normal +0 in terms of defense. However, they also get magic damage that scales with faith.

4th troll: Raw upgrade path

This upgrade path is crap, and that's because it wasn't finished. It starts at normal +5 and stops at Raw +5. This means a Raw +5 is on the same level as a normal +10. It is also the only path that stops here. Every other upgrade path stops at the same level as normal +15. This is also why Raw doesn't need any embers or slabs. If it had an ember, then it could go up to Raw +10 and actually be useful. A raw +10 would be at the same level as normal +15.

Does anyone else know about any trolls added to Dark Souls?

I think before any patches, indictments were actually consumed when you used them. I could be wrong on that though. I don't indict very much

How was that a troll? One of the devs said, "Start with the pendant or nothing at all." That means pendant = nothing. Y'all trolled yourselfs by not listening.

Can I just say I can confirm what skare said, pre patch 1.05 indictments were used when you indicted someone, it's not really a troll, they just realised it would would better if they were unlimited use.

The pendant is the biggest troll I feel, though the whole character of patches is meant to be a total troll, he's my number one.

That is after the whole pendant thing- I still owe miyazaki for that one.

Chameleon

Anor Londo rotating stairs, plus the numerous invader spawn points right on both sides of it. Basically tailor made for invaders to troll hosts and vice versa.

Honorable mention: rotating walkways in Catacombs.

Has a huge, gif filled sig which makes lag on my craptop.

I noticed lots of people had these huge sigs. Dibs has like half a dozen images in his sig for example. There's even a thread about the problem. Sigs getting out of hand?

I just made my sig as a statement to show why we need a lower maximum size limit for sigs. The funny thing is my browser crashed almost imediately after I made it LOL.

Note: This was a joke on how Dark Souls pvp is nowadays, it's also showing why the arena was abandoned and why it currently sucks.

Trolls....yep Anor Londo and Sen's is a fun house for them, so many things to do there. I would say the Catacombs but don't see the humor there because of the skeletons.

What's worse is that all the cool build you guys post from the mugenmonkey website is blocked. Youtube takes forever for video's to buffer and you can't just leave it to buffer and come back and the video is completely loaded, you have to watch some if for the next bit to buffer.

OMG, yes, that's so anoying. I kinda hate that you need a ring to fight them for that reason. Lots of people, phantoms and host, go there without the ring. So much time wasted...
