The majority come from Haiti, some parts of lower Central America, and backgrounds where English is a second language for them but their parents who speak little or no English. We get new students who are learning English now actually.

I'm white and have been very careful to avoid racial tensions for long time. There are some very raciest old people here who can't wait for the funds to deport these people. A black joke from a black guy to a black guy can be see funny but that same black joke from a white guy is raciest.

Honestly, being overly sensitive is also racism. The best way to not be racist is to just not be racist, don't treat anyone differently because of their race. If something you say offends someone, that person will tell you they're offended, and you apoligse. Otherwise, you're going out of your way to treat someone differently because they're different, and that is discrimination.

I understand that. Your father is certainly in a tricky situation as the race card seems to win in most cases nowadays. If he got any good proof he would probably be able to fire him and get away with him. Besides, pointing out that pulling the race card is racist might just help to. I don't know, i don't work myself. Hope your father gets through that somehow.

On a somewhat related note, Soul Sacrifice comes out today. Been rocking the demo for a couple weeks and lovin' this game! Now to hurry up and wait until my birthday since I can't justify buying a game for myself and my wife is already set on that for me....

Let's put them in an enclosed cylinder that just unscrews from the top of the engine block. Good idea
Let's put a lug head so you can just use a ratchet to get it off. Good idea
Let's make it a crazy size so that no one will have the right ratchet socket. Awful idea
Let's design it so that the environmentally friendlier setup spills a ton of oil, which can't be reasonably caught with a drip pan. Getting worse here Chevy
Let's put that odd sized lug that is accessible from standing near the motor bay RIGHT UNDER a rigid hose assembly so that you can'y actually fit the socket on correctly. Ok that's it....engage fantasizing about oil changes on my Toyota.
