I find it kind of sad that i'm the most mature one in the house. My mother accidently dropped about a third of the pasta, and they started arguing. My father claimed that since he's got to work tonight, he deserves the most, but since me and mom need to eat too, he refuses to eat even though there's enouh for all three of us.

My parents left me to my own devices. Making my own food and such, so they never really argued about things like that. But, there really is no need to be like that. They're older than me, I know that, and I don't do that.

Nearly everyone is married in the U.K that is together. But, still, same concept. They're pretty much together now, so I think my point was made, which was if they choose to be together, they shouldn't argue about such small things.

I'm pretty sure there's more to it than just that, but they do tend to argue about smaller things every once in a while, and make big deals out of them.

Just.. Ugh. I don't really understand why they argue about small things, but still. I didn't argue with my cats when they pissed on my bed, I don't know if you can call that a big deal or not, but I say it's fairly small, since I don't really sleep.

Oh, the cats. Man, those arguments are fun(sarcastic).
If a cat has taken a leak/crap on the rug or anything like that, you'll usually hear one of them saying that the knee hurts while the other has a cough or a cat on the lap. They may even bring me into it, because apparently i don't do enough at home. They're real hypocrites though, as whenever i come with the excuse that i have a cat in my lap, they just sigh like it's a dumb excuse.
My parents aren't bad in any kind of way, but arguments tend to bring out the worst in people.

Those cats can really have some cheap ways of starting arguements.
But, I can say this much: I can totally agree on that. Arguments can make people do some pretty f*cked up stuff. Take me curb stomping someone's head in, and then smashing it against a metal rail, when I was 15. That was going too far, but at the time, I was really stuck in giving that guy a f*cking pounding.
