27 Str is sufficient for the msgs, put those 13 points into vit and end.

if it were a 55 or 75 i would agree but this build is 100 as such he needs a higher degree of power especially since my idea for it was to stay as +15 so he can buff it with resin should he choose. the vit and end are good as they are especially the end as i put it at 192.

27str is sufficient at any SL
