Simple Question alert (OP) haters

What is the best Set Up for mages?

i,m creating a full vaster and i,m kinda stuck atm.

i would appreciate any thoughts on it

Well to start, people that want a mage build usually begin with the sorcerer. And I know you are trying to be a mage, but I would suggest some light armor just incase you get stuck in a bad situation.

Your faith and intel are good for the spells you are using. However, why include pyro? It seems out of place with a mage.

So other than some light armor and no pyro your build does not seem that bad.

I personally like to make my mages mid rolling tanks. Get some poise and blast away lol

Sunlight Blade?
Chameleon?
Logans set, including the big hat? I just hate the *** ears.

Looks like a good build but like a couple of the other posters have said I think you should definitely go for a little bit more armour- just something light and decent like the sage robe or the brigand set- you never know when it might be useful!

congrats!!! and...

...what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Best invader mage? Best OHKO mage? Best "fightclub" mage??? They all vary in builds imo.

I think light armor would be better for a mage. Heavy armor is protective but light armor allows you to move around faster so you have better casting advantages.

Your build is wasteful.
50 faith with only DMB and Wrath, All that dex and only one Great Fireball, disgustingly wasteful.

If you're insistent on keeping all 3 forms of magic, this is a far better use of your resources.
