The Crystaline Protector Build

Although at first this build doesn't look very strong, it is actually extremely versatile. The Greatsword is good for general combat, and the Trident can be used to keep enemies at bay, (as well as taunting, it's always good for that). The Greatsword can be switched out with the MLGS at will, but it is actually quite strong for a measly 260 damage per hit. The Crystal sorceries are strong and are *obviously* a main attacking strategy. The crystal helmet is a must, but for the most part any other armor can be used. Don't knock it until you try it!

Interesting, but I really dislike the Crystal GS. You on PSN? If you want to test the build on me I have a couple different melee SL100s.

I just deleted it, and posted it here. I'll remake it if you want to see it being used. CGS isn't a necessary thing, but it fits the build. I normally just roll with MLGS, but only hitting through shields of turtles. The build was originally meant to be around SL 30, which is why CGS is in the original build, but for anything higher I replace it with MLGS.

Id suggest more attunment and trying out the dragons breathe spell i think its called. If you have the right timing and use it unlocked its just as effective as using unlocked fireballs

The point of the build is to be SL 99, I tried and tried to get White Dragon Breath, (in fact, it was an initial spell), but the set SL limit was too low.

I wanted to try and make a crystal warrior before but the whole "Crystal warriors should use crystal magic" thing prevented me from doing it. I would think that it would do better at a lower SL because of the high base stats and low scaling.

My original plan was to make it a SL 30, and only have one ATT slot, for Great Soul Arrow, (can't let them get away!). Crystal Greatsword at such a low SL is pretty viable, but I just couldn't meet the END restraints for a greatsword at that low of a level.
