The berry one's will always be my favorite too. Nothing beats the classic. The chocolate ones were a pleasant surprise though. They sorta taste like hot chocolate liquorice. Which again, I realize probably doesn't sound very appealing, but it's tasty

Made an Irish Red Ale today. It looks great. 6 weeks of fermenting and aging and it'll be in my keg. Tomorrow, I'm making 4 gallons of root beer. That will go into my keg and be carbonated in 1 week. Mmmmmm!

I started out by doing research online, reading books, joining a homebrew forum. I started simple, buying kits with instructions. Basically, extract to boil and ferment. Then, I wanted to do more. So now, I buy the barley, extract the malt myself, boil, add hops and other additives (t alter the flavor or make it clearer). And, I've also branched into kegging. The only thing I hate about celiac is that I will never drink a lot of liquors. Beer, whiskey, ale, most vokas, bourbon etc have something I can't consume.

Just finished Super Metroid for the first time in probably a decade. Such a good series. I've been on kind of a retro game kick the last couple of weeks. It's reminding me that really all of Nintendo's flagship series are great. Metroid, Mario, Zelda, etc. I don't think I've ever had one in front of me that I haven't liked. It's really a shame for more serious gamers that they've decided to go more casual. Not that WII isn't fun, but it just isn't really the same thing as the other systems.

I went out on a limb and got a Wii U for basically those reasons you highlighted. Nintendo makes some awesome software. I just hope this time around they don't disappoint.

I've still never played Twilight Princess, Mario Galaxy, or Prime 3. I had the first two when I had my Wii, but I sold pretty much everything I owned when my addiction got real bad, and I never really got a chance to play them. Maybe I'll dig my Gamecube out and see if I can find a GC copy of Twilight Princess. I still have Prime 1 and 2 also. I'd love to do another run through them. Only ever did it once.

Funny, I actually just got done with a run-through of Twilight Princess and OoT Master Quest fun games. I might start a run through of Wind Waker tomorrow too.
