    Has anyone attempted a challenge run to kill all enemies in all areas? This would mean killing every single mob without resting at a bonfire. Definitely doable since your flasks/magic recharges after helping someone coop.

    Has this been done?

    Enemies will respawn even if you don't rest at a bonfire.

    what if you don't coop? if you somehow manage to kill all the enmies with 20 estus, 99 DB, 999 of every projectile, and 10 att slots with white dragon breath

    Prep a NG+ cycle with maxed out Divine blessings and I don't think it would be any harder than a regular play through.

    Do it with only the legit amount of healing items you would normally have, or just on a regular NG, and that's very impressive. You would have to be good enough to execute each area perfectly.

    Do they respawn if you don't rest at a bonfire? I haven't seen this, ever.

    I'm guessing they respawn if you go to places like the Panted World or the Asylum. But if you just do the 1 world without teleporting, I think it'd be super impressive.

    EDIT: I just remembered. In Lost Izalith, it would probably be close to impossible to kill all those dragon behinds because of the lava damage. It would definitely drain a few of them flasks.

    No they don't broski, not for the asylum, so I doubt painted world as well.

    I'm almost entirely sure that when you come out of the painted world, all of the guardians have respawned, but that's probably because I haven't really tried to test that, since I think I've died in the painted world every time I enter it.

    The hollows are Firelink shrine will respawn if you go too far away, as will certain others. I think it's impossible to have every enemy dead at once.

    If you take the platform from gargoyles to firelink and come back, the enemies have respawned

    You're right, they all respawn. That's after resting at the PW bonfire though so I can't be certain. Also, you have to warp to get out of certain boss areas and the Crystal Caves.

    ^Don't need to rest at the bonfire.

    Enemies respawn when you go to a different area. If you want to test it just go buy some merchandise from the female undead merchant and the mobs on your way from firelink will have respawned! PW is also a good example (I used this to farm PGSs, running through the PW and back out was the fastest way to make the painting guardians respawn).

    @Broski: Just make the legs kill each other while you're safe from the lava.

    Pull a few of them in at the same time with a bow while you stand in a safe spot (inside the first temple with the chest in it, or on top of the second temple). All their attacks will also hurt other dino-butts (their spin attack and jump, both). They also hurt invaders, by the way.
