I have come to realise my internal clock became ****** when I was younger. I can wake up and sleep at completely random times, with no way of realising when to wake up. Anyway, onto the quiz!
1. It is work tomorrow. You say to yourself, 'I will wake up at 7:00am tomorrow.' Do you:
A. Try hard to get early sleep, to wake up earlier.
B. Sleep whenever you want, at the risk you will wake up late.
C. (My method) Do **** all about it, and sleep really late.
2. You decide to conduct a test. The test is to see when you wake up, while going to sleep at different times each day. You look at your results 2 weeks later. Your wake-up times are in a 2 hour radius of each other, both ways. This means you have an internal clock, right?
A. No. Could be plain luck.
B.Yes. The results are too accurate for just luck.
C. I can't decide. I'm too tired.
3. As it turns out, what you thought was wrong. You want an internal clock, for some unknown reason. Do you:
A. Try to sleep at the same time, every day, for a month?
B. Find out the reason you want an internal clock.
C. Go to bed. This is too much.
If you chose mostly C's on my cruddy quiz:
You can get one, if you try.
If you chose mostly B's:
You don't. You did'nt try to get one, or just naturally aren't attuned to an internal clock.
If you chose mostly A's:
If you don't already, you almost definately have an internal clock, stored away somewhere in the depths of your mind.
So, what do you think? I'm sure there were faults with my first ever, extremely short quiz. And how did you fare?
