I am starting a new toon and want to RP as the pardoner Of Carim. I have a sl 45 toon with the black cleric set and velkas rapier, but I need to get all of this to a level one character. Is this possible? If someone out there has the set and rapier and is an extremely low level, I could trade you also.

Only if the SL can invade another player or if another player has an sl 1 that can invade you. (Red Sign Soapstone is preferred over Cracked/Red Eye Orb(s)) To do trades at low levels, you will generally have to get the Red Sign Soapstone from the Painted World of Ariamis.
