Fix your armor setup. The poise breakpoint is 53 not 52. You can aim for 61 poise to prevent any Dex spam (i think it's 61). Chaos Blade on the offhand for a fast yet high damage swing. Iaito on mainhand for crowd control with the R2.
The thing about dual wielding is that you want to balance both your offhand and mainhand, so try not to focus too much on your main.

Eh, good idea about the kats, but I don't mind the poise breakpoint being lowered. I can always Toggle escape and when I reach a low enough HP, I'll switch to the RTSR anyways.

Like Automancer has already pointed out, I would recommend that you switch the Chaos Blade and the Iaito with each other. Iaito in the right, Chaos Blade in the left. Tbh Chaos Blade R2s are pretty useless, and since the Chaos Blade has the highest AR of all the katanas, you'll get more out of a hit if you manage to parry, hit them with the Chaos Blade in your left hand, and then riposte with the Iaito in your right.

Had to make a slight change in armor for +53 poise. It now has a dark look. I would use Iaito in the main hand just because of its R2s.

Unless you're aiming for setup parries, you can just stick to parrying with the Chaos blade. It viable since you can tank a 1h GS with 37 poise and parry the second hit. Set your pyro on the off hand and get something like a Shotel for turtles.

Actually, this is good enough. I don't wanna mess around with the armor set. If I can't kill someone while looking good, then I won't do it at all. Thanks anyways, though. =w=

Definitely yes, but in your secondary main hand. In my case I get all confused with a bow in the offhand. You'll have to increase End though, for the composite.

You put the weapon only good for r1 in the right, and the incredible weapon with sexy r2's in the left? Boo, swap that. Otherwise, it's a dual kat build. Not exactly too hard to win with, and remember the chaos blade to foil lefthand bs fishers.

Not a bad start. But the poise breakpoint is at 53, so you'll need just one more. If you're able to take some points out from endurance to put into vitality, you'll find yourself in a much better position, because the true advantage of dual-wielding katanas lies in parrying. You need some wiggle room in your vitality for this. The reason this is advantageous, is because you can get a hit off of them with your lefty katana before the riposte.
