How do you guys think my build will do?

I think 99% of the builds will have Havels and Ring of FaP as there ring slots. It only makes sense for low a sl. I know I will.

Jk... it should do well. In my opinion, if you have <1000 hp, mid rolling will kill you.

Well I got all my gear together on my 120. Im in the process of trying to find someone to mule it over to my newly created level 4. I think I have decided on my build. It unoriginal, but it suits my playstyle. Now I just have to hope I get time to play.

WHy would you backstab in a place that if you kick twice your opponent is dead? TWoP would be bad because of that actually.

Chains are banned because not everyone is at a skill level where they can defend against it. But punishing mistakes with a backstab never was banned, and at Sen's there were a few times where folks just went for a backstab outside of a punish. Stuff like that gets people salty, so while Twop is a totally viable tactic in standard pvp, in an event that is not an uber tourney, but rather a fun gathering of players, I think we have enough that fuels competition without having to get into salty areas.

Well, I've nearly PvPed at SL 225 my entire Dark Souls PvP game. This should be an interesting change.

I just want to say that you can roll through the Obsidian Greatsword effect just as easily as WoG, or Force. As well, it's easy enough to punish a Fire Tempest, and even if you can't make it time to backstab, you can always kick them out of casting.

Haha, I know you can fatroll through Obsidian Greatsword 2hr2. However, if the event is going to be over a large range of skill levels, it might be the appropriate thing to get rid off them. I just felt that it is worth pointing out-- not like anyone was going in this to win at the expense of fun. It'd be way too easy to make something overpowered at this bracket, so it really shouldn't been seen as a highly competitive event.

Are you participating roan? I'm a bit rusty but this will be a lot more interesting if I get to fight you.

We need more hosts, especially on the PS3 side! Remember these events are only successful with a good amount of hosts. Even being able to swap in and out as needed is a huge help.
