Havel might because whoever can wear that armor without the ring and swing that hammer with that shield gots to have massive muscles. But I got to go with Tarkus, that guy has mad skills. And what reim said.

Tarkus, because Havel doesn't even lift.
Tarkus beats up giant iron golems for a living while Havel is locked in a tower. Havel's muscles have definitely deteriorated over time.

I thought it was agreed that it was not Havel in the tower but a soldier of his? Though I rather get in a fight with Havel than Tarkus. I'll lose both but the medical examiners will have better luck I.D.ing my body after Havel kills me than Tarkus.

If I just caused an error in communication sorry. I got to the lore side in the archives. On topic Tarkus does handle himself very well compared to some other npc summons. Wonder how he would do against Gywn?
