I made Sephiroth's Masamune out of wood along with Bastard Sword (it's pretty heavy) and Revolver Gunblade (the 1st one) of Squall's weapons. Everything in wood and metal, painted with metallic colours.

Btw. That Zweihander doesn't look like it's even scaled, it's too short. The real one is almost 2m long.

In my country there was a really famous battle near Grunwald between polish commoners and prus knights. They used Zweihanders there (prussian knights) and after the battle 2 of them were left pointed to the ground as a sign of won battle. Now they are in museum of Grunwald where you can actually see it's size. Pretty amazing ;]
Don't forget that many weapons in Dark Souls are taken from history. It's mainly because Japan shows some interest in middle age of old continent.
