Any suggestions for improving maximum glass cannoniazation? I want to invest up to SL 55 and I want my magic to be so powerful it will 1-shot through Havel's Greatshield and Great Magic Barrier. But, I am but kind of new to the forest's 2-vs-1 methods. How practical would you find this to be?

Maybe use chaos blade so you can control when the red ring activates?

I already do a combo of Dusk Crown Ring, switch back to whatever I had, then apply Power Within after I spotted my target. In 30 seconds I will automatically activate RTSR. Aside from that, the reason I use wooden shield is because it doesn't block 100% anywhere, so I take chip damage to speed up the process.

I don't think anything can literally 1-shot through havel's great shield. You'd have to at least hammer it with pursuers then follow up or something. Otherwise the stability is too high and the magic block is too much. You could hit for 10000+ damage with a spell and not 1-shot through GMB + havel's...
