I may be mistaken here, but I don't think you can summon anyone after defeating Orstein and Smough. I do think you can still summon 2 people at the bonfire next to Gwyndolin to fight him.

i was told when u kill the princess n it goes to night u could summon people to kill invaders but i didnt kno if it was true

Now that I think about it, you can be invaded in Dark Anor Londo. This can possibly open up an opportunity to summon others, but I don't know how you'd go about that.

I've been summoned on Anor Londo after the host killed the princess. Aparently it was to fight invaders

Indeed you can, it's a common way of ganging up on invaders and getting easy pvp kills. I'd suggest just doing duels, hosting, or normal invasions instead though. You'll learn a lot more about combat from them.
