So it is true that the Kiln is damaged...

I was doing all my pvp in NG+ at the forest and yesterday I decided to kill seath and nito just to try out the Kiln, those were the only bosses I needed to get there.

Incredible to find, since the last time I did pvp there, all I found were gangers, although I must say
that this is my first time as a DW invading so maybe it has always been like this and I didn't notice
since before I only got invaded all the time.

Depends on your luck and time-zone really. Plenty of good games today. Some days all I get are stupid hating 12-year-olds.

It's almost better to host in Kiln. At least then you know you won't get ganked, but there is greater risk.

Well if you try to invade, lets say half the time you invade, half you get invaded. You only lose humanity if you lose being host. You have a chance to get humanity both ways. If you're not too horrible or keep running into gankers, you should get to 99 humanity in 2-4 days.

What about darkmoons? Anyway, you're right that most people probably get 99 humanity one way or another within several days.

I'm a DM with 99 cracked red eye orbs, so if one doesn't work I use the other. Then I go to Kaathe, join and buy more, and rejoin DMs.

I think he means that you don't get humanity for killing DM's which would mean more risk. You also don't get humanity for killing as a DM.

Hey guys I am SL 201 at the Kiln if any of you are there, got attacked mostly by DM and once by a fellow DW dressed as solaire, weird he backstabbed me once after a long fight
in which he spamed WOG alot and he BS me and killed me instantly, have never had that happen to me with full armor and health, also the weapon was not even buffed seemed like a normal greatsword.


Thing is that the opponents here seem much more advanced than at the forest, very different, like at the forest it is all ganging and specific tricks but when you get down to it it seems that players are much less skillfull when alone, am I wrong to perceive this or do some of you share the view?

the forest is more for gangbanging hosts that suck at 1vs1, most people that go to the kiln is for 1vs1 and some to gangbang, i personally hate the kiln, who agreed that the kiln was the best place to pvp? its horrible. so yeah, theres deff more people that want legit duels in the kiln.

I have to give it a bit more time but I am prefering the forest still, it's weird....
