Video capturing from PS3

So, guys, I don't know if General is the best board, but I need advices on video capturing...

I really enjoying the thematized PVP and yesterday I got the last regret of not being recording a fight.

I know nothing about the subject, so any help is welcome!!

i too would be very curious to know..... i have wanted to be able to capture my playing for ages.....

i believe you use something called a capture card, not sure how it works but maybe google could tell you more about them?

If you plan on Livestreaming as well as recording fights then I would suggest a HDPVR by the name of Black Magic.

Yesterday I was killed in Kiln about 20 times. I think 15 by players who cast CSS as long as you are damageable, right after the invasion spawn animation, then run against you with CSM and MLGS swing.

It's funny. Funny because some times I could manage to punish him/her and a Dex:40 and +15 Scythe BS was able to do only about <350 damage, so I think he/she must be so far from SL80~100.

I've also seen peeps set up a camera on tripod, pointed at the tv to record. Much cheaper method till you get dedicated equipment.
