Build advise

Currently what I'm using for PvP is an elemental build focused on chaos and lightning weapons.. but I've heard that those got nerfed in this patch. so I was wondering if I should go for a Dex or Str build instead? and cap it at 100 for arena.. or elemental is still good enough?

ahh i smell a challenge......

Seriously I cant be the only one whos killed one of the things
Up untill a few weeks ago they were..
1: common
2: ninja flipped
3: Had better armor
4: Used CSSs and suchlike

A dex build would be my guess.. Dex/Int cap at 100 mostly for arena I think.. can you guys gimme some suggestions?
