Unless you plan to do pyromancy, 45 dex is pretty useless for cast speed not counting diminishing returns after 40.
i heard that with 45 not only pyro spells are faster, but also sorcerys and mircles (correct me if im wrong). and if i should reduce the attument level, which spells and mircles do you think i should take (this build is primarly for the arena and sometimes for invansions)?
As far as I can tell, you are making a 200 velkas build utilizing most of the favorable sorcerys and miracles.
At least for offensive sorcery's and miracles the increase from base to 45 is about 9% faster for fast sorcery s/miracles(WOG, Dark bead, Soul arrow, etc) and the increase is about 22% faster for slow miracles/sorcery's(Pursuers,Lightning spear, Dark orb, etc)
While I wouldn't do so, you may be alright with 45 dex as your build seems to be something of a pure caster
The last thing I'm worried about is poise. your build needs at least 53 poise so you don't get staggered by everything, an easy solution to this would be to change the Bellowing ring for a wolf ring to up your poise, with it being too low you could easily get rushed by a toon with a GS and be killed before you make a scratch.
