Kill the hydra, save Dusk from the golden golem. Speak to her, now head to Dukes and kill the golem, you will get the broken pendant. Now head back to where the golden golem was and voila!

I did all the steps to get it and still... Don't got the broken pendant. I have the PC version so I did everything more and less like my playthrough there. Now in the PS3 version I can't get the Broken Pendant at all.

The golem added in the patch. After the first elevator up into Dukes the golem will be on the right side of the room, closest to the exit towards the bigger room with the Channeler.
Edit: Although i doubt it, if you were referring to the golden golem in Crystal Cave that plays a role in the Seigmeyer quest that's a negative. It's the one behind the hydra in Darkroot Basin.
