    Do you think i should start making use of this spell on my assassin character?
    I lurk in the forest with ring of fog on and backstab people with the Greatsword. I think if the weapon was hidden weapon buffed, it would be hilarious.

    Even with Hidden Weapon, your opponent can still tell what class of weapon you're using, correct?

    Meaning that if you're using a greatsword your elbow will be bent while if you have a dagger your arm will be extended at your hip.

    and how many players know immediately where my arm should be, when i have a ring of fog equiped, no weapon visible, and am running right at them?
    I am thinking it would be pretty funny.

    I love the ring of fog. I loved it even before i knew it removed lock on reticules in PvP.

    catalysts can't be buffed... also rynn can you wield any of the aoe dragon weapons? cause that tactic with the dragon axe special is pretty cool and the dlc has a new one thats buffable as well... or you could buff the pike with it....

    Yes it was.
    I first started playing before that patch, and i loved the ring even before i'd known it IMBA'd PvP. It's my favorite ring in the game, even now.

    Ahh gotcha. I wish it would go back tbh. I dont think it's that imbalanced if you cant lock on. Seems fair in exchange for a ring slot.

    Not being able to lock on is a major thing you you're not a vet to the game. For a majority of newbies, it appears to completely shut down magic, pyro, and most miracle, and it hinders their ability to fight. I don't think it's a big problem, but i see why it was seen as such. It made the learning curve intensely higher.

    also for all they know its a weak bastard sword or it could be a demon great axe crystal style lol winking hidden weapon is way under used

    I might get a ton of different +15 weapons and stack 10 hidden magic weapons, and just hide my weapon 100% of the time in PvP.

    I made a host ninja that ran around with crystal demon axe lol, I felt bad and stopped using it >>, glass cannon BS style le sigh

    Glass Cannon Backstab is fun to play though... knowing you're one slip-up from death. You need to do your sneak attacks perfectly.

    btw whips buffed with hidden weapon leave behind this cool gold sparkle effect when swung, but their still not visible... now if only you could buff the bonewheel shield...
