funny how the first ad is a "stop dinking now!" ad and i'm not of age yet so no drinks for me. and considering my parentage i'd probably pass out after a cup of anything. also looks like one guy in said thread does pain meds. *sigh* people and their addictions, everyone on this forums addiction is of course darksouls.

i played really drunk late at night once trying to beat the darkmoon butterfly at a very low lvl. i could not beat it to save my life haha.

Yup, and I always get my *** kicked when I do it. I can tell when the alcohol is wearing off because my win record suddenly improves.

Or if you want to drink yourself into an early grave, make a drinking game for first time players. On a person's first playthrough, every time they die they drink. I'm sure there won't be anything bad to come of that.

I'll actually forget I'm intoxicated when I get into an intense pvp match. If I'm drunk I'll play a bit more reckless, when I'm high I'll play way more cautiously. But invasions I play about the same. I get such a rush from invading that I forget about my current state of mind. If anything I relax a bit and actually pvp better. Unless I'm completely gone. Then I have trouble starting my ps3 and tv....

There's a perfect balance when you're tipsy and relaxed but not drunk and at that point you're perfect at games (i found this when i became unbeatable on Fifa)
but drunk dark souls? no, bad idea I tried once (was on my first playthrough) and man i sucked, would never do it again i just died, and died. and died some more

I drink and smoke while rockin Dark Souls. Its like Goku using all the weighted down equipment, when i play sober I am like Goku when he sheds the weight, lol!

I made a character specifically for that. It's a joke. Buffed nothing but Strength, and he's quite chubby. I'd never use my normal character drunk. God knows what I'll regret doing... I've regretted enough sober.
