Alright whos ready the DLC is right around the corner is everyone as exited as me?

im looking forward to the patch since i wont be getting the dlc.

im dying. SO EXCITED. school is finishing next week for me. NEXT WEEK. SO MUCH DARK SOULS PLAYING TO BE DONE>>>>>>>!!!!!!!

I'm excited despite the fact I've been playing it on pc. Looking forward to playing it on the big screen. Also I can't wait to play through it with my main character; get him some new gear and stuff.

Rant, i imagine once you run into some people with the stone great axe you will end up getting the DLC. I can't imagine you ignoring a cool STR weapon. I have almost all my builds done, still trying to decide how i do my first playthrough of the new content. I love pve just as much if not more the pvp, so it is impossible for me to turn down new bosses and challenges.

So the new patch (1.06?) is coming out at the same time (for us pc users)?

The pc already basically has patch 1.06. How bad would it suck if fromsoft just screwed us and didn't patch anything, i have this horrible feeling that might happen(knocks on wood). Cause it would be a MASSIVE patch, none of the previous patches did this much to the game. Especially like the greatsword swing speed, that seems like a significant amount of effort to change the animations. Maybe i'm wrong though.

I'm really looking forward to the DLC. Day one purchase for me.

I thought about it and it would basically mean that im paying fifteen bucks for one weapon which didnt seem like a good deal, the other new weapons add nothing new to the game imo. i might change my mind but that's probably gonna be next year.

I think I'm slightly more excited about the patch than the new content. In fact, I probably wouldn't even bother with the DLC if the patch didn't accompany it. The arena would just be a flipping fest; I shudder at the thought.

Terrible PC port? Pfff... I bet you are a spoiled child using iPhone and never heard about Android and its "mod" potential? 'cause you see a game, that looks pretty raw, and as a Console player, you just skip the idea that it can be fixed %) DSFix mod makes PTDE a great PC game, quite viable and deserving its own place on PC gaming Olympus Remember, if you don't like something - it is not necessary a crap. Its most likely that you just don't know how to cook it right

Your argument with IPhone and Android is invalid and can be considered as an hater argument(Each time someone says something related to Apple:Immediatly troll follows even without reason like "you ***" or "you spoiled brat" or "you rich" or "you Kevin"...I mean really?REALLY?Yes MacBooks are more expensive than laptops and yes recently their specs sucks,but is that a reason to insult whoever buy it,IS IT?Maybe it's sarcasm but when it goes in flaming,it's really a free insult,which seems to be the case here.Android and IPhone have their cons and pros,it's not about "I have an Android,I'm the elite human who didn't go to Apple like these idiots" but "I choosed Android instead of the IPhone because of my reason. ):

Ye-ye... iPhone and Android reference was just a parallel to stress on the simplicity of iPhones compared to Android phones and put that cliche on our particular case. It was not intended to start a new holy war. I used both Apples and Droids, played some games on consoles and PC. And atm I have my own experience to base my vision on that.
DkS port was poor, but in 2 weeks with DSFix it became quite bareable. And in 2 more weeks, with the newest DSFix it became quite good. I would never whine about a waste of money and time, since I was patient enough to wait till it becomes top of a notch game
