Since it's an open ended challenge with no limitations, it's a difficult poll. All classes have methods for destroying the game, some just have it easier than others. Generally any class with an att slot will have an advantage over those that don't due to the use of power within. Even a crappy weapon can turn into a god slayer with that spell.
Deprived is definitely not the weakest. They have wasted stats, but also have a very good balance allowing a wide range of items. You can attune power within, grab a lightning claymore 2h, put a grass crest shield on your back and just rip things apart. Of course in the PTD version Claymore's have been nerfed, but nonetheless the 11 dex and str offers a wide range of weapon options.
Cleric isn't the greatest, but again the att slot gives them an advantage. The morning star or clubs aren't bad weapons, especially at +5 lightning or +10 fire combined with PW.
Of the melee only classes, Hunters are the best. 12/14 st/dex is the best you can start with and offer the most flexibility. Average end/vit doesn't hurt either. You get a bow from the start which can get you through new londo right away and let you pick up the very large ember from the start. Along with the ability to use the claymore, the hunter is one of only two classes that can wield the Uchi at base level.
Bandit has issues with dex, but they can use some of the heavier str only weapons. Not a lot of people probably use it, but the giant blacksmith hammer is no joke. It only requires twinkling titanite to upgrade so you don't even have to grab any embers and that weapon fully upgraded is plenty to tackle the game with.
I'd say Bandit, but not by much. With proper use of the Darkmoon seance ring you can still use power within. Just equip it, attune the spell and then cast it at each boss fog. Once you active PW you can just unequip it and equip another ring and lose nothing in the process.
