It should not be possible now since PC version is different from the one on consoles... On the other hand, had anybody seen before that any other game on GFWL had cross platform multiplayer? Considering how lazy From is in respect to PC platform at all - I doubt they will spend any extra time investing into PC version and synchronising platforms.
