Build help - Buff or no buff?

I'm making a low level invader and was wondering if i'd benefit from the magic +10 weapons or using CMW. I don't exactly use buff's a lot so help would be appreciated!

Using a buff is overkill on lower level players. Not that magic+10 isn't, but CMW is an unfair advantage imo.

The buff has more power, especially for those weapons, but at that level, any full upgraded weapon would be fine, maybe even Raw weapons (lulz).

maxed gear at sl 35 is griefing, there's no way they will be able to match you unless they glitched, hacked, or new exactly what they were doing to grab an antigriefing set up.

Im not going to fully upgrade everything. Cant really say you want just a magic wep on Mugen

I say you should consider changing it to greater magic weapon then. I don't low level invade, but that sounds pretty cool. CMW is overkill in terms of power and ascetics though, so otherwise I'd say magic +5 or so, that's not hard to level 40's to get.

Yeah, im planning to be a darkwraith so most the time i wont be invading my level. Four kings is going to be a toughy... :pale:

What area are you going to invade? If you are before Anor Londo then Magic Weapon will work fine.

All sorts. Forest, Anor, Blighttown, and Sens. Mainly Sens

As is, I'd agree with ghadis.

I wouldn't take any of the gear, including armor, past +5 regular/ + 3 magic before sens. maybe have a +10 magic/elemental backup, to deal with bbd characters. I obviously can't stop you from using maxed stuf, and its your right to do so, but its not cool even by my standards.

I'm not trying to be op, i still want good fights!

If it's Sens then GMW is legit.

In general, don't use anything that is unobtainable/would require more than 30 min of farming to get for the place I'm invading is my rule.
