    Cause if so, then I'd happily take 5 vit off to assure the fasted pyro time possible.

    Every casting build I make has 45 dex.....why not cast as fast as possible?

    show as in.. we duel? or as in i get the frames so people can compare gc/gcf to fast roll stab and a 2h cblade r1?

    But as the other video you showed us, some spells get a significant boost from Dex. For example the lightning spears, great soul arrows and great combustion. Either way, I wouldn't get to 45 Dex unless I got points to spend.

    The way I always figured it was that it was a %-based reduction as opposed to flat. Like...having 45 Dex increased the casting speed of pyromancies by ~30%. So spells with a greater casting time benefit more from the boost, while spells with lower casting times seem to have less benefit. It's why 45 Dex is almost a requirement on pyromancy builds, but only a commodity on an Intelligence build.
