Judging your soul level?

So i was playing through dark souls and decided after a while that id like to play some pvp, now after a bit of looking around i found that the general opinion on the "best" SL is 120. now im allready 130, is pvp still common around that lvl or will i have to start over?

I'd say head to the Kiln or Forest leaving your sign to join Co-ops and join the Forest hunters for invasions.

Am currently Sl-190 on Ps3 and I invade people in as little as every 30 seconds in the Forest Hunter Covenant

And Co-op pretty often in Kiln/Forest/Four Kings

You're fine pretty much anywhere, just use whatever orb you have to start invading (lots of people go through NG+ and beyond at that level). You'll get a lot of action in the Kiln, Painted World, Anor Londo (dark & light), New Londo, ToG, Undead Burg, Demon's Ruins, bonfire before Centipede Demon, Duke's Archives/Crystal Cave, and the forest. Pretty much anywhere.

now that raises another question, what do i do with all the souls i get from pvp? weapons and armor?

Tons of twinkling ti tinite, and endless supply of lightning bolts, dung, moss, poison knives, etc. You can easily spend 10 million souls on random consumables, armor, and weapons. After your done with that, they'll just kind of pile up.
