    Invent a New Pyromancy

    We've done it with spells, and rings, lets think up some new Pyromancies.

    How about a pyromancy with a large charge up time that when cast fires out a flame that transforms into a dragon and homes in on your enemy.

    Or a Pyromancy that throws out a cluster of small fireballs in a wide area.

    Babies on Fire.

    A spell in which you light yourself on fire for a time, and anything that physically touches you takes around fifty fire damage. It's not much, but against zero poise enemies it would stagger them when they hit you. Sort of a more effective form of Karmic Justice. Ten hollows attacking you? Well now they each can't hit you more than once in an instance. It would be useful for low poise players against low poise players, plus for higher poise players its just a bit of damage to every enemy that hits you.

    CQP, Close Quarters Pyromancy. Essentially combustions, only smaller, faster, and have the heavy punch animation. AND YOU CAN CHAIN THEM TOGETHER WITH A PAIR OF GLOVES, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

    Noob, you've been watching too much anime silly

    Personally, I want an aura. You cast it as a personel buff (Like TWoP and etc), and enemies within a certain radius start taking fire damage over time.

    A pyromancy which engulfs your body in flames. Then you slowly get lifted into the air and let out a nuclear blast that destroys everything.

    lava trail, for the next minute you track lava behind you and it doesn't go away until the end of the buff. great for escapes or multiple opponents!

    also "Molten blade" raises a (single )blade of white hot iron from the earth beneath target 20 casts with a sped up gravelord sword dance cast animation

    and lastly "Awakening" brings forth the essence of ones body into a powerful spell

    its effect will vary based on your stats whatever stat is highest will determine its effect, unless your wearing an egg head or dragon body whitch get their own unique effects.

    vit= temporary 50% life drain on weapons (30 seconds)

    att= spells are cast two at a time for one minute

    end= double stamina bar for 2min

    str= double poise break effect of weapons for one minute

    dex= increase attack speed by 25%

    res= 1min of invincibility (remember this means res is highest stat)

    int= auto respawing homing soul mass (weaker than normal) for 1minute

    faith= all casts restored with some(100) hp recovery and status cure

    egghead= your egg hatches and replaces your kick with a lava spewing attack whose damage is based on how many souls you've fed your egg head (up to a certain point and you can't use any body buffs in this state) (lasts until killed)

    dragon form= flame breath damgae is doubled while stamina cost is halved, roars stun effect range is doubled lasts for 1 minute

    So like, a swarm of insects like hornets or something. Maybe maggots, something sort of related to the egg burdened so maybe it would require an egg head. But, it makes like a black cloud of said insects. Instead of doing toxin or poison, it causes bleed over time. So if you are using a bleed weapon, with this you can increase someone's bleed meter and be a bit more aggressive with your build up.

    Paper Flesh: Pyromancy of Carmina of the Great Swamp of the pyromancers of the Great Swamp. This pyromancy (of the Great Swamp) harnesses the Power Within and allows one to move as though they are unburdened. Used by pyromancers of the Great Swamp to quickly move through the Great Swamp.

    Effect: Allows one to move as though they are one equip burden level lower than they are, while regenerating stamina at half the rate. Essentially: Fatroll is now medium roll, Medium roll is now Light roll, and light roll is now a teleport (combo with a great fireball for Dracula-ness). A useful pyromancy for the light rollers obviously, as the extra speed gives them that edge they need to dodge nearly any attack.

    Fire walk = a pyromancy takes some time to load then your character runs forward leaving a stream of lava behind him (also damaging the opponent if hitting him along the way).
    Nothing op, but definetly cool and it could be used to corner your opponent for following attacks.

    I want a pyro buff thats worth a damn. They have DMB and SLB miracles. for sorceries they have CMW, GMW, & MW. the 3 three resin types. Charcole resin is cool looking but i want a Pyro buff with att power determined by the Pyro hand. They can call it Chaos Blade...oh wait...Chaos Weapon or Pyro weapon/blade

    how about to go with fire surge we have lava surge. is sprays out on the ground infront of you and has the same damage effects as the lava from Chaos fireballs or Chaos firestorm but lasts twice as long or maybe longer and gets added effect from the lingering dragoncrest ring twisted All of a sudden the orange charred ring has a place in pvp

    Pyro Buff I would disagree with.

    Magic/Faith buffs require stat investment. Pyromancy does not. By it's nature, it should be more limited. If you put some kind of stat requirement (resistance?) then I would agree with more powerful spells.

    What I'd enjoy however, is a pyrobuff for a barefist. Lighting your hand on fire (or, perhaps, the pyromancy flame hand itself) and being able to use it as a weapon.

    It could require 2 or 3 slots have only one use and one spell per character just like the Chaos pyros. Im just looking at the fact that weapon buffs cover every type fully except fire. The charcoal resin adds 80 att power and is more for looks while the Pine resin add almost 150 att power.

    Im looking at it more from a balanced view. To PVPers bow and one buffs a washing pole with SLB while the other made a 40/40 pyro build possibly has one or two slots wouldve been nice to level the playing field instead of dancing around for 60 seconds to avoid a 3 hit lost to the buff...

    Well that SLB invested 30+ levels into that stat. What did the pyromancer invest? Assuming the pyromancer has about equal ATT, ... nothing. He had an extra 30 levels to invest however he felt.

    That's a big deal. ATT slots wouldn't cut it I feel. SLB takes 1 slot, and a lot of levels. If you want similar effect, then yeah, make it cost 4 slots or something, that you have to spend a lot of levels to get a similar effect.

    Cloudyeki, I love you. That's what I wanted to say.

    A Fire Pillar, Kind of like how Karmic Justice but more effective when you get hit 2 or three times in succession a Pillar of fire will engulf you and send your opponent flying while taking fire damage.

    Fire mist? something sort of like Acid Surge same animation but have it be quicker and much larger but disappears about as fast as it came. It would be like a cloud of fire that you can direct at a player.

    Insect Cloud. A shell of insects surround you causing 10 points of damage as well as bleed and poison. The shell is far enough out to put at risk any weapon weilder save for the r2 thrust of a spear. Lasts 1 minute. Best part is while it's up you won't take damage from BS.
