Most epic fight of my life!

got invaded on anor londo about 2 days ago

and guess what? it was a fair duel!

that i swear i dont see too much

and i saw that he was high level since he had miracles and sorceries and some nice armor and was fliping with the dark wood ring

i was also high level about lvl 200

i swear to god it was an epic fight

we meet on the bridge

we both bow he did the and i did the

then the fight started


it was a very good match both of us had to guess what the other's tactic would be,there was no lagstabs,no spamming,no healing

we switched to other tactics too

we were going meele for a while then went ranged

then in the end we were both at half health

we both charge at each other

we both end up hitting and i had around 1/4 of HP left and he had very little left

then we both got distance again

then i get a PM saying "you win"

im like wtf?

he walks up to me and does the emote

then i get another message from him saying "finish me"

i don't hit him

instead i walk right by him

heading to the boss fog

while walking there i see him doing

then he black stones out



so what do you think?

i think this might have to be moved to the PVP section,sry didn't pay attention to where i was posting this

Who gives up in an honorable duel? He had nothing to lose, yet still just gives up? This doesn't make any sense to me.

hey in PVP you get any kind of opponents and this guy admitted defeat when he was almost dead

now if he gave up or not its entirely up to you to decide however

i for one think he didn't give up he fought valiantly and then admitted defeat
then decided to do one of those cliche samurai movie moments where the winner has to kill the loser

i pretty much denied and walked right past him and letted him black stone out

Admitting defeat before actually being defeated is giving up, it's great having an epic fight, but I would have expected more from someone who put up such a great fight. Different interpretations for different people I guess.

exaclty a good fight is a good fight at least to me

i don't care if someone gives up personally as long as he puts up a fight he got my respect

it sounds like old style chivalry. I thought that went extinct in the 1800's.

Hey that's actually pretty sweet story, with a bit of humour from the invader Was it psn or xbl? Can I have his ID if it's PSN? I would add him to friends xD For some guys of you spamming wog is bad, back/lag stabbing is bad nad when someone acts properly in a duel it's bad too because he's giving up. Ofcourse he could still try to win but it's a game meant to bring fun so he felt like a little bit of humour, maybe he was some kind of actor xD
