I get it almost exclusively when i beat a ganker. Those guys don't like to loser, apparently i was cheap one time because there's no way that his katana wouldnt stun lock me with maidens on. I guess that ganker doesn't know what a wolf ring is?

Getting indicted is a part of the game. Some people use it for PVP so DMs will invade them. Hate mail is becoming a part of the game.

I don't usually get hate mail, had one ganker call me an r1 spammer for killing him with the Mura but he was actually a cool guy and I added him.

I would always receive endless amounts of hate-mail. The simple solution,
I found, was to stop communicating with these individuals, and stop
antagonizing them. Which seemed to do the trick.

Got some last night.
I had low health and the host heals, so I heal(divine blessing).
He backstabs me, tries to chain and starts to fish, so I put the hornet on and backstab him.
He sends me the typical "U 5UK U H34LD 4ND H0RN37 574BD" (I'm exaggerating his spelling.)even though he was healing and fishing.

I get tons of hatemail...for some reason people absolutely hate being asskicked by a naked dude.
The most recent I remember I got after a duel where I parryed a guy 2 times (out of 2 tries) and after I won I turned into barrel with chameleon then got this message:
"You parry and you're 23 and you have nerve to taunt me! grow up!"
.......what the fudge? totally hilarious

I get around 3 hatemails per play session. That is anywhere from 3-7 hours a sit down. I always get it from hosts, never get it from invaders.
My most frequent one called me a "little B**ch", and proceeded to call me a a bunch of racial, homophobic, and cursed names because I "was afraid to invade them again" lmao
Guess the noob did not know invasions are random when using the Orbs. I even offered to duel him with RSS, not surprisingly I got no response after that XD

I think the most clever hate mail I've gotten was a series of threats from some guy RPing as the four kings. Un-ironically my next attempt at the kings was quite soon on NG++ and like a moron I died, instantly remembered the threats from the four kings and chuckled.
