    i think it needs to be nerfed personally, who agrees? why? who disagrees? why?

    I wouldn't nerf it but I'd decrease the range a bit so its still useful on gankers/persistent bs'ers.

    I think it is fine the way it is. It can be punished with a roll BS. It also punishes high poise builds. It will only stun them, doing a lot of damage. Since it stuns them, you can spam it and lock them in place. For low poise builds, it will send them flying backwards and you can't spam it.

    It needs some form of nerf, either range or damage. Even a slight knockback effect wouldn't be to bad since Emit Force takes to freaking long.

    Or as a compromise, the damage dealt should really reflect how close the attacker is to the caster. Very close - high damage, not very close- low damage.

    no nerf, its so easy to dodge, its the only good spell for faith builds, if yourea against someone decent he'll roll and bs you. i dont know why people complain about wog, i get that youre angry if you get gangbanged but if youre on a legit duel and you cant dodge it then people need to learn how to doge better.

    I just get annoyed when I'm barely in range, I roll to dodge, theres a bit of lag and it clips me. Esp if its like the guy I fought the other day who did power within and then chased me around spamming it. He must've had about 9 casts and I dodged most of them except one, got in one BS on him, and finally got clipped again just in range that was it. My suggestion is the perfect compromise.

    No nerf is necessary. I don't quite understand all of the talk about stunlock and WoG. WoG only "stunlocks" if you try to attack after staggering from the first WoG. If you roll out by mashing roll after your first hit, you'll successfully escape WoG spam the vast majority of the time. It's pretty much the same deal as any "stunlocking" weapon, most of which really aren't stunlocking at all.

    but its not even powerful, specially when you go against those annoying people wearing full giant's or havels, it does around 500, its kinda weak when you compare them to spells like css or hcss.

    I do, but like I said before -a bit of lag and slight misjudgement and you're hit for 700- 800 odd which is bull for something you don't even have to aim.

    Wrath of the Gods is great when used as intended. A defensive tool against groups, bsers ect. The issue is when people collect multiple castings of it and spam wog on you 12 times. Yes, its easy to dodge but if someone keeps casting it you're bound to make a mistake. That mistake stunlocks/ knocks you over and you then get punished by each consecutive cast of the spell. I swear to god I go against people who make WotG builds. They just have a talisman and a shield and spam wog until they run out, then they spam combustion. I'll get 2-3 shotted by it in medium armor. Like a lot of the "inbalances" in the game a lot of the issues with the spell come from lag.


    With that said, I'd love to see the damage decrease with distance from the caster. If not that then have it take up more attunement slots, or you get less castings of it per playthrough. Just my opinion.

    True. The same could also be said for great combustion, which requires no stat investment and allows 16 casts for only two slots. It has crazy splash damage. On the other hand, the GC spammers are easier to backstab.

    fast roll makes it easy and the reg roll can dodge it too, its just a little harder.

    re arrange all attack spells of this sort for faith... wog keeps damage but scales based on target distance, range increases with high faith (50+) force gets a much bigger range and even faster cast time, still no damage, emit force... triggers explosion based on proximity not contact. I also propose a basic force ball move that has lots of cast low damage and minimal or no aoe (fires like a hadouken?)
