Second playthrough - glitch question

Hey everyone. I'm about to play DKS for the second time and was planning on keeping my character in body form, rather than hollow, as much as possible throughout my playthrough, so I can interact with other players online more frequently. As such, I'd like to get my hands on as much humanity as possible so I can keep bringing my character back to "life" (after no doubt having been killed by an invader for the hundredth time). The same goes for the red stones, for example, allowing me to invade as much as I want without worrying about using them all up.

With this in mind, I've checked forums for information on DKS glitches, specifically on how to multiply your stocks of items (as in the Stockpile Thomas glitch in DS), so I could get myself plenty of those sweet, tasty humanity sprites, red stones and other consumables. However, all I could find was the Bottomless Box glitch, which - and I'm not sure if I've got this right, so feel free to correct me - you can only implement if you already have 99 of the item you want to multiply, which is no good to me.

So what's my best option? How do players glitch souls to quickly level up their characters for build purposes, for example? As experimenting with builds is something I'd also like to try but without spending countless hours farming for souls.

And finally, to make it totally clear - I've got absolutely no interest in griefing other players or any crap like that, that's not what this is about. I just want to play through this amazing game again while getting the most out of the online aspects, that's all.

On a non glitching method you can farrm the rats in the depths for humainty early game.

One solution to farm while engaging in online play is to leave your white sign soapstone down near the bonfire in The Depths and farm the rats. If you wanted to do some jolly co-op in The Depths, you'd have to wait to get summoned anyways, so might as well farm them while you're waiting.

Does anyone know what's a good SL ballpark for frequent Depths summons? 35?

Any tips for other online-centric items such as the red invasion stones? I know about the chest containing some in Firelink Shrine but are there more I can pick up anywhere?

Nope, you need to buy them from Kaathe. The 4 in the chest in Firelink are the only 4 that are lootable.

Otherwise, you can buy an infinite amount from Darkstalker Kaathe, so you have to meet the conditions to have him appear. Or you can just join the Darkwraith covenant to obtain the Red Eye Orb, which is an infinite-use invasion item for members of that covenant.

You'll have to join Kaathe even if you just want to buy cracked ones. And for the noncracked version you'll still need to offer him like 30 or 40 humanity.

I was thinking about joining the Darkwraith covenant since I sided with Frampt in my first playthrough, so it looks like I'll have to do that.

There's no need to glitch. I'm currently undertaking a SL1 Humanity intact play-through, and once the link to the Depths is open you can easily farm more Humanity than you are ever likely to need.
