Farm the drakes in drake land. Make sure you have at least a 10 in humanity, and the gold dragon ring. Won't take too long. There also some scales to be found around ash lake.

Yeah but when u get all scales it adds up to like 8 and dragons only seem to drop every .2 or 3 runs
