I haven't used the Channeler's Trident. But, your stat numbers seem well spread and appropriate. You even managed 53 poise with no DWGR.

Only disappointed that I couldn't work it out to equip the Velka's Rapier as well without loosing vit =\

You could always rapid swap it. Once you get good at it, you can do it in a split second.

sort of a mage build. nice! been working on one myself.

what i suggest: switch elite knight to knight gauntlets and the dark leggings to the hollow soldier waistcloth. same poise - the magic 53, but lower weight and defense.
looks maybe funny, but u can use velkas rapier and still be fast rolling with only 30 endurance. feel free to spend remaining stat points on vitality or additional attunement slots.
