    ^actually thats a really good idea. You wouldn't have to change anything about the ring, just how the stamina is drained. Maybe have it so it takes more stamina for how much your equipment weighs AND make your normal walk/run as slow as it would be if you were not wearing the ring.

    i hope from just destroy that damn ring and patch the blood dodge or apply the 0 poise requirement.

    all in dks it's about a pro & cons and that ring doesn't have a con. it's just an exploit that everybody uses just because is easy...

    At the moment we will all have to deal with it. I can imagine they had a similar conversation at Fromsoft which ultimately ended with the current ring effects. if anything needs to be fixed its the window for Backstabs.

    I really cannot imagine why they decided to add equipment burden aspects, it seems hasty.

    Seems incongruous with all the other balancing and rushed.
