looks pretty awesome, fat rollers are hard to pull off but the bk halberd is perfect for fat rollers. i would get vit to 50 and the rest maybe in att. i would go with the stone shield though.

I feel with your strength a Demon Great Machete would be sexier. It's crazy strong at plus 15, and its buffable. Check it out.

And fully upgrade Paladins is the best armor. Its as good as Havels but lighter.

It is decent, but you might want higher dex and possibly havels ring or lighter armor, in my opinion. If you can deal with the slow moving/rolling than go for it.



I'm not 100% sure but should't this be in the pvp section?

I don't like Greatshields, but I suppose that for a fat roll build they're just the ticket.

Build is good except that lightning "defense" scares me. :affraid:

I think full havel or giants would be better too, golem has really bad lightning res and if you go against a slb buff you're gonna get destroyed.

im gonna get that palladin armor. which has been suggested in the past as well. and yes its very weak against lightening. i looked up the demon greeat machette and like that a lot. as well. great advice

Pally's fully upgraded is about 230 lit res.

Put a pyromancy flame in there, son!
It won't add anything to your weight, and you're letting that attunment slot go to waste.

Might be a common tactic, but it'll give at least SOME versatility in your build, other than just throwing your halberd around.

Ditch the Golem Set. A fully upgraded Giant Set (sold by the Giant Blacksmith in Anor Londo) offers a whole lot more bang for your buck (it probably has the best defense out of all the sets in Dark Souls.) Oh, its weight is also completely identical to the Golem Set. And don't worry about the Twinkling titanite required for the upgrades, they're very, very easy to farm. Just dish out a Zweihänder and keep on using 2-handed heavy attacks on those clams in Ash Lake, and they'll die quickly enough. Also remember to equip the Covetous Gold Serpent Ring, just in case.

Giants is indeed the best PHYSICAL defense in the game. Still Pally looks cooler. lol.

Its defense against other types of damages are pretty decent too to say the least. Dirt poor resistance against curses though...

And yes, I do admit the Paladin Set does indeed look very cool. Plus, it almost rivals Havel's Set, which is awesome since it's lighter (by a difference of 19 points.) As a matter of fact, one of its pieces is a vital part of my Valkyrie build.

i just beat nito and got the pally armor. nito was by far the easiest boss battle ive played so far! hes magic explosion was the only thing that was able t hit me through the shield. and his attacks killed his own skellys

yeah, ive been killing the clams and ocassionally getting something. its worth the 8g's to get them easy

could run Paladins with two or one giants piece decent poise setup

Vagrants are created when a player in another world dies with a lot of souls/humanity, or drops certain items.
The vagrants will then show up in another's world for that person to kill.

I've only ever gotten purging stones from them, but others seem to get humanity frequently.
