One of the worst things about smoughs hammer is that it obstructs like 40% of your screen lmao

Yeah that is definitely its biggest down fall, but the fwd + R2 makes up for it!

I always wondered about the random knight stuff found about darkroot, particularly the partizan/eliteknight set so close to each other. I on occasion durdle around with this, kinda weirds me out right handing the shield sometimes, but I really enjoy offhanding spears

Edit: can't link captian I'm too sleepy http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=1467512232682825

The EK set belongs to the knight who helps you in the asylum. Its possible to make a low level cosplay of him but at higher levels unless you switch for a better sword you're outta luck. Ornstein is a very good cosplay but thats more the weapon.

But he dies in the asylum, how does his corpse get to darkroot BEFORE you do? and why is the Partizan so close by? I seriously considered that a knight was out to obtain the moonlight soul so he could turn his partizan into the MLBS, but got smashed by the stone gaurdians

    1. He was a fth based knight so he wouldnt use the MLBH. 2. Time distortion. It doesnt matter when he got to darkroot, he's not part of your world, he's part of his world. So his armour is showing up in your world even if he wouldnt fall there for a few centuries (he's an undead remember). Check the "There's more to them" link in my sig.

So with the sword at +5 and your faith/str/dex at like 30 the sword still dosent damage enough?

I've used it in FC Tarkus, and while i have won fights with it...You'll be hitting for just a little over a hundred.

I use the hand axe+15 in pvp and it barly does over 100 aswell, but i dont have any probems winning matches with it, although i guess its better to just use a longsword +15 instead of the ast str sword.

A plus 15 hand axe should deal a lot more damage than that, unless it was one a build with bad stats?

but the fast 1-2 combo makes up for it, its really an underrated weapon in pvp. in the stats it says that my rh wep 1 is 380

That's more damage than my Longsword, and I'm hitting for well over 200 with it, so that doesn't make any sense to me.

I cosplay as the DarkMoon Knightess quite a bit (as do tons of other people). She's the most PvP centric of the cosplays, I bet:

    - Estoc
    - Parrying Dagger
    - DMB miracle

With 40 DEX and level 3 in the covenant, that makes her pretty damn viable in PvP at any level.

Shiva I'd say is the most PvP centric haha, Kirk is another good choice.

well maybe its counting its heavy r2 attack? that does about 250 or so 1 handed, and its the same swing as every other axe?

It bases it off the R1 attack.

True, Mura +15 is pretty powerful, even without a buff.

DarkMoon Knightess is a total parry-spammer though... Reminds me of a lot of people I face in the burg!
