Depends on your build.
Lightly-armored, fragile (glass cannon): Estoc
Decent armor, good survivability: BSS
The Estoc, as a piercing sword, allows you to poke and roll right away, so you're very hard to hit when you use it properly. This makes it a weapon well-suited for fragile builds that must avoid getting hit at all costs (great back-up weapon for mages). The BSS is a more well-rounded weapon but it doesn't allow you to get out of danger as quickly, so it's better suited to builds that are meant for melee confrontation.
Since your primary melee weapon is the MLGS, this changes things a bit. The MLGS tells me your build probably has the survivability necessary to wield the BSS. But at the same time, the BSS doesn't offer very much to complement the MLGS--I mean, I don't really see any reason to pick either one over the other in any given scenario; they're equivalent. No point wielding two equivalent weapons. So I'd go with the Estoc, and fall back on it when you get low on health, to get some safe poke-and-roll hits to whittle down your opponent. Then, if you like, once you've whittled him down enough, you can even switch back to the MLGS for the finishing blow. This way each weapon has a role to play in forming an offensive strategy.
