Start a new character for a PVP build, think of how it's gonna be a slog to get to 120. Get to the Parish, get invaded. "Oh ****" Hide, hope for the best. Dude comes out, wearing full havels and a big hat. I accept my fate and wave at him....dude walks over, and drops 99 slaps...99 of each slab...then 99 of each chunk....

Then drops 99 of each boss soul and bids me a fine how do you do and BSC's out....

Consume tons of Gwyn's and Gwyndolin souls...Hit 120....

This has happened too me once before, but it was with a finished character, so I didn't need any of it, it was just nice...

This time, it's pretty much let me skip the game entirely....yay?

Only thing that sucks is that you still have to play through half the game to unlock your blacksmiths and embers

99 slabs is awesome.

When I'm hosting in the Burg I usually drop 10 humanity before any fight, just to show I have good intentions. I can see some invaders being a bit reluctant to pick up whatever I have just dropped, maybe thinking I would BS them once they make the pick-up animation, so I move out of the way.

Personally speaking if it were me I would of thanked the Invader, but would of stopped short at taking any of it.

I just cannot see the appeal in being handed everything to you on a silver platter in this manner, and it would simply break the game if I did accept such an over-generous offer, as I know that I would not fully appreciate what I have if I didn't earn any of it to begin with.

This is simply my opinion, it is not intended to be a dig at anyone in particular, if you're happy accepting such gifts then so be it.

@Gaz To a new player its definetily wrong. On your first few playthoruhgs you should have to fight for everything. But for an experienced player its helpful to make builds quicker.

@ DoughGuy- Isn't that what the BB Glitch, if that is what you wish to call it, is for?

I've never had more than 2 of a boss souls on any toon
It helps with gear but not levelling. I mean you can get a fair few levels, but you still have to earn a bunch.

I guess it helps if you don't mind farming, which I don't, but I suspect that to a person who does not like to farm, or who simply does not have the time needed to farm, such an offer would very appealing indeed.

I also do that sometimes with my darkwraith build. I give them stuff (slabs, souls etc) just for fun and surprise.

Lucky! If any one feels the need to do this or me, look for my current characters on XBL as Bashar Adept lol. I'm making magic professors, so I've been ganked quite a few times while running around.

If you really dont want to keep getting everything over and over, or work with what you have in your bb box. Get someone to mule you, i would say a majority of the pvp community has been muled. The amount of people using crystal weapons and devine blessings is pretty large. I suggest checking out gamefaqs if that interests you. I just started one of my first non bb glitch/pvp oriented playthroughs in a long time, it feels great. Having to farm again felt weird, but it felt good actually putting work into it. The bb glitch is in a way worse then the glitch from demons souls, cause at least with that you had to find the item before you duped it. You couldnt just start the game with it.
