Yes patches drops it, but one of them doesuse it.

im doing a cleric build, but it wont be based after petrus/nico or vince it will be a separate one but as if he was a part of the same group, so ill have a diffrent melee weapon (small axe or hammer) and make is devine (if their weapons were devine)

I dont think we can find out if the other weapon is divine, but Id say its safe to assume it was.
