well i use this build for both pve and pvp, but i can aways change the silver knight shield for the oolacily cata on the MH and get a CMW buth to put on +15 weapon on my main, and i dont want to use the FaP ring to get aways one free ring slot for fun (ring of fog, hornet ring, lingering dragoncrest and etc...)

If you dont plan on blasting people with Soul Spears then why so much Int? Im guessing you just really like the velkas rapier, which i dont blame you its a cool weapons. http://tinyurl.com/7xdg78e heres my tweaks,
you could add mom mask for 1400+hp and you could actually still easily carry the MLGS instead of estoc/rapier, and it would do really good dmg. Maybe pull those things out against the flipping mom mask tanks. It may look like really low end, but the fap ring makes up for it. Good luck, it looks like a build that will give you a good challenge.
