Dont forget the THE paladin weapon, Grant ! (50str) It cant be buffed but still.

Occult Great Hammer, an Occult Man-Serpent Greatsword, and a Pure Physical Heavy Crossbow. Add a Skull Lantern and an Egg Head, and you got an Occult Paladin. Faithful, but not divine... in that aspect, anyways.
This is the SL 120 version of it, which I can say mine his higher than that.

How many attunement slots you get with 23 Att? I cant check this at work cause of restrictions.

Sunlight spears can not work with healing sunlight miracles, due to the two different miracles requiring the player to be in a covenant that is either Princess guard or Warriors of Sunlight. Sorry, I wish I could do that as well, but no.

hum... i have this "divine" pally build because i used to play ALOT of world of warcraft, i'm waiting for the DLC with the dark magic stuff (i hope its true) to do a "occult" version of my pally build.

I thought this aswell, but on the Wiki (http://darksoulswiki.wikispaces.com/Warrior+of+Sunlight) it says
- Leaving covenant removes the ability to use Miracle: Sunlight Spear. The two lesser spear miracles remain available for use.
As far as I understand I would be able to use lesser Spears while Im in the Princess Guard using healing miracles
